The Engiplas series of lined reactor vessels are designed to provide an overall solution for the full spectrum of your chemical processing needs. Our goal is to enable chemical processing, not usually achieved by glass or metal equipment. The Fluoropolymer family in our reactors, stretches the boundaries of processing capabilities such as pressure, PH, corrosion free and high purity reaction.

Engiplas's lined reactors main features:

  • Construction materials - carbon steel, stainless steel (304 or 316)

  • ASME & CE code stamp available

  • Several exterior finishes

  • Jacketed and no jacketed

  • Mechanical drive

  • Magnetic drive (LR-Mag®)

  • Lined and solid agitators

  • Lined and solid dip pipes

  • Lined and solid baffles

  • Visual monitoring

  • Turn key system

  • Unparallel serviceability

  • Heavy wall lining up to 15mm thick, enabling durability for scratches and dents
