The Engiplas series of lined reactor vessels are designed to provide an overall solution for the full spectrum of your chemical processing needs. Our goal is to enable chemical processing, not usually achieved by glass or metal equipment. The Fluoropolymer family in our reactors, stretches the boundaries of processing capabilities such as pressure, PH, corrosion free and high purity reaction.

Metal construction:

  • Flanges according to customer request 

  • Tubes / pipes are available in any schedule and thickness

  • Construction materials ST37, ST52, A516, SS304, SS316

  • Fully penetrated welds

  • Construction standard ASME VILLL DIV 1 and PED 97/23/EC

  • Third party inspection (upon request)

  • Exterior finishes: epoxy coating, fluoroplastic coating, mechanical polishing,

  • electro polishing, Electrolysis coating

Quality control:

  • Materials certificates
